  • Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance or unforeseen external network outages.
  • User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and all activities occurring under their account.
  • Content Guidelines: Users may not host illegal content, malware, or material that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Payment Terms: Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may lead to temporary suspension or termination.
  • Technical Support: Support is provided via our dashboard and is limited to infrastructure and control panel issues.

3. User Obligations

To ensure a stable environment for all clients, users must adhere to the following rules:

  1. Do not attempt to bypass server resource limits or security protocols.
  2. Prohibit the use of services for illegal activities, including DDoS attacks or unauthorized scanning.
  3. Maintain updated contact information for billing and security notifications.

  5. Users are solely responsible for backing up their own data, regardless of our automated backup services.
