Terms of Service

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Turbo Hosting. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Turbo Hosting is dedicated to providing the fastest server hosting experience powered by cutting-edge Ryzen 9 9950X hardware. This agreement is a legal contract between the customer (you) and Turbo Hosting.

2. Services

Turbo Hosting provides server environments specifically optimized for gaming. Our services include access to the Pterodactyl Panel, dedicated DDR5 RAM, and high-speed NVMe storage. We guarantee that the hardware provided matches the specifications of your purchased plan.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are solely responsible for all activities conducted on your server.

  • You may not use the server for illegal activities (e.g., DDoS attacks, distribution of malware).
  • You are responsible for managing your own files, plugins, and world data.
  • Resource abuse, such as cryptocurrency mining or intentional CPU overstressing, is strictly prohibited.
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords.

4. Payment Terms

Services are prepaid on a monthly or annual billing cycle. If payment is not received by the due date, Turbo Hosting reserves the right to suspend access to the server until the balance is cleared. All prices listed on our website are final, and any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Turbo Hosting offers a 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of the initial purchase, provided there is a valid technical reason why the service is not performing as advertised. After this 24-hour window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Add-ons such as Dedicated IPs are non-refundable.

6. Service Availability

We aim for a network uptime of 99.9%. While our Ryzen 9 9950X systems are highly stable, occasional maintenance may be required. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via official channels. Turbo Hosting is not liable for data loss resulting from unforeseen downtime; we strongly recommend utilizing the included backup features.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turbo Hosting shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service during the preceding month.

Important Notice: While we provide backup slots, maintaining regular external backups of your data remains the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client area. Turbo Hosting reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately without prior notice if the User Responsibilities (Section 3) are violated. In cases of termination due to abuse, no refunds will be granted.

9. Changes to Terms

Turbo Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through the control panel. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Contact Information

If you have any questions regarding these terms or require technical support, our team is available 24/7.
